Abigail Johnson, a student at Glenville State College, is the recipient of the Appalachian Vegetation Management Association (AVMA) Roger Latham Memorial Award and the West Virginia Christmas Tree Grower’s Association (WVCTGA) Arnold Spitzen Memorial Forestry Scholarship for the 2019-2020 academic year.
GSC Department of Land Resources Receives Research Grant

The Glenville State College Department of Land Resources has received a grant from the West Virginia Science and Research Opportunity Grants Program to focus on enhancing undergraduate research in ecology in the natural resource management program through a unique international research experience in Japan.

Glenville State College Art and Design students can let their creativity to flow thanks to a generous donation from an award-winning artist. The Applied Learning Art and Design Computer Lab, located in the Fine Arts Center, was completed in part by Arlinka Worl, a silver and gold Grumbacher medal award-winning artist from Detroit, Michigan.
