If your computer does not have the proper hardware, Brightspace may run slowly or may not run at all.  Listed below are the systems requirements for operating Brightspace.

Hardware

Minimum Computer Specifications:

  • Processor: 2GHZ or Higher
  • RAM: Minimum of 4 GB

Software

  • Operating System:  Windows 10 or higher, OX X 10. or later

Check Your System

It is strongly recommended that you check both your system and your connection.  Your system should pass all check points from the system check and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) recommends a connection of at least 25 Mbps of download speed for online classes.
