2022 GSU Department of Business Advisory Board Members
Sandra Pettit has been at Waco Oil & Gas in Glenville since 1984 and is the Office Manager & Accountant. She is a graduate of Glenville State College with a BSBA in Accounting and also holds an MBA from WV Wesleyan College. She is very active in community and campus organizations serving as President of the GSU Foundation, Chair of the Gilmer County Democratic Executive Committee, Treasurer (and Charter Member) of the Gilmer County Women’s Club, and assists with the annual West Virginia Folk Festival. Sandy has also taught several classes for the Department of Business as an Adjunct Professor for many years.
Randy Ratliff has owned and operated Ratliff Insurance in Glenville since 2002 handling auto, home, life, and health policies. He represents many top A-rated Insurance Companies such as Allstate, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and Aetna. Ratliff Insurance is very active in the Glenville community and at Glenville State. Randy has coached several youth programs including Little League, Elementary Basketball, and High School Golf and has served as the basketball clock operator for the Pioneers for over 10 years. Randy graduated from Glenville State with degrees in Management/Marketing and Environmental Science.
Kyle Warner is the Controller for Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital in Weston, West Virginia. In this position, he supervises the accounting staff and manages the financial statements, cash flow, and financial reporting. Before joining the staff at Stonewall, he worked for EY in their Charleston, West Virginia office for five years. While with the firm, he was recognized with numerous performance awards for his high quality audits and exceptional client service. Kyle received his BSBA degree from Glenville State in 2014 in Accounting and Management.
