Free Cybersecurity Workforce Training Coming to Glenville State University

Glenville State University will be offering free cybersecurity training as a part of the Cybersecurity and Safety Workforce Development Initiative. The Initiative aims to create a more vibrant economic future for the coal-impacted North Central region of West Virginia.

Glenville State University Remembers Hershel “Woody” Williams

It is with great sadness that Glenville State University observes the passing of Hershel “Woody” Williams, the last living Medal of Honor recipient from World War II. Williams was a major proponent of Glenville State’s West Virginia Veterans’ Legacy Project that took place in 2012.

Students in Dr. Nabil Nasseri’s spring 2022 Air, Water, and Soil Quality class conducted a small experiment to test the efficacy of masks and different mask materials in preventing the movement of water molecules and particulate matter.
