Glenville State University Student Pens Article on Fishing Regulations
Glenville State University student Jared Bishop recently had an article published in the opinion section of the Charleston Gazette-Mail. The piece, titled “Protection needed for W.Va. wild trout streams,” stemmed from a set of proposed fishing regulation changes discussed at a West Virginia Natural Resources Commission meeting.
Glenville State College Founders Day of Giving Shatters Records
Glenville State College donors smashed previous records for the annual Founders Day of Giving fundraising campaign, raising over $1.1 million. The amount raised came from over 500 donors during the 2022 Day of Giving celebration on Founders Day, Saturday, February 19.
Glenville State College Celebrating 150 Years
Glenville State College will be kicking off its sesquicentennial celebration this week, culminating with several Founders Day events on Saturday, February 19, the anniversary date of the College’s founding 150 years ago.
