Travel Request Form

Airport Transportation will only be available on the dates of May 9th and May 12th. These are the only days we are organizing transportation for end of semester, so please plan your travel accordingly.

We offer transportation from the following locations:  Train Station and Yeager Airport in Charleston, WV; Clarksburg, WV Airport, Bus Station in Morgantown, WV as well as Pittsburgh International Airport.  If you need transportation, please plan your travel around these dates and locations.

No Spring Break transportation will be provided.
