GLENVILLE, WV - The public is invited to Mollohan’s Restaurant at Glenville State University on Thursday, February 16 from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. for a Valentine’s themed Premium Night.

The special menu includes carved rosemary roasted strip loin, parmesan crusted chicken with red pepper basil sauce, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, ravioli with vodka cream sauce, creamed spinach, parmesan roasted asparagus, crab cakes with bourbon beurre blanc, Caesar salad, spinach salad with bacon, eggs, and Catalina dressing, sausage, tortellini and kale soup, French rolls, chocolate fondue with fresh fruit, pound cake, and Rice Krispy treats, and assorted desserts.

Costs for the Premium Night are $16.05 for guests, $15.05 for seniors, $14.97 for faculty and staff using Flex Dollars, $12.34 for students using Flex Dollars, and $8.03 for children under 12.
