Glenville State College Maintenance and Physical Plant employees are busy sprucing up the campus. They are continuing spring cleaning on the school after starting during ‘Spring Break’ which was the week of March 8th through 12th.

“We are focusing on campus beautification in preparation of the May 8th commencement and other events that are bringing many visitors to Glenville State College. We are working on flower beds and fixing the numerous potholes across campus,” said GSC Director of Maintenance and Physical Plant Tom Ratliff.

The department crew is continuing with other improvements including cleaning the streets and parking lots. After the Spring semester ends, GSC Physical Plant employees will start on summer projects including painting, a fountain renovation, a campus-wide heating/cooling upgrade, and putting a new roof on the GSC Fine Arts Center.
