GLENVILLE, WV – The public is invited to Mollohan’s Restaurant at Glenville State College on Thursday, December 2 from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. for a special Premium Night.

The dinner menu includes bourbon brown sugar ham, Boursin and bacon stuffed beef tenderloin, scalloped potatoes, rice pilaf, asparagus with hollandaise sauce, roasted carrots, crab cakes with jalapeno jelly, French onion soup with bread bowls, dinner rolls, charcuterie board, spinach salad with warm bacon dressing, assorted desserts, eggnog, and a hot chocolate bar.

Costs for the December Premium Night are $15.14 for guests, $14.14 for seniors, $14.12 for faculty and staff using Flex Dollars, $7.57 for children under 12.
