Glenville, WV -- Glenville State College is hosting Ritchie County Middle School students this summer as a part of their APPLE summer enrichment program. The first group of RCMS students from grades 6–8 arrived at GSC on Monday, July 9, for a week-long camp. While on campus, these students have been engaged in various learning and fun experiences all centered on the theme of “Crime Scene Investigation.” They will wrap up their week of activities on Friday, July 13, with a 'mock press conference' to release their investigation results to the press, campus community, and local residents. The press conference will begin at 10:50 a.m. in the GSC President's Auditorium in the Heflin Administration Building. More Ritchie County Middle School students will attend other sessions of the same camp at GSC later this month and next month.
