Premium Night Scheduled for March 25th at GSC

GLENVILLE, WV – The public is invited to Mollohan's Restaurant at Glenville State College on Wednesday, March 25th from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m. for March's Premium Night.

The dinner menu includes grilled flank steak with portobello tarragon jus, pan seared Atlantic salmon with a lemon dill cream sauce, smashed red potatoes, jasmine rice with scallions, haricot verts (green beans) with caramelized onions, spring asparagus bisque, fresh mozzarella caprese salad, chilled orzo and grilled vegetable salad, spring salad with toasted almonds and raspberries, dinner rolls, and a made-to-order pasta station with your choices of pasta, sauce, and toppings.

For dessert you can enjoy a chocolate station with fruit and other sweets for dipping and lemon meringue pie, fried Mexican cheesecake, and chocolate cake.

Costs for the March Premium Night are $13.75 for guests, $12.75 for seniors, $12.50 for faculty and staff using flex dollars, $10.30 for students using flex dollars, and $6.50 for children under 12.
