GLENVILLE, WV – The public is invited to Mollohan's Restaurant at Glenville State College on Wednesday, January 21st from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m. for the January Premium Night.

The dinner menu includes beef enchiladas with spicy sauce, chicken tacos, rolled quesadillas, yellow rice, refried beans, sautéed potatoes with chorizo sausage, corn, pico de gallo, black bean salad, seven layer dip with chips, a made-to-order fajita station, chicken tortilla soup, and salad bar. Desserts for the special Mexican themed meal include coconut cream pie, lime mango pie, chocolate layer cake, and cinnamon twists.

Costs for the January Premium Night are $13.75 for guests, $12.75 for seniors, $12.50 for faculty and staff using flex dollars, $10.30 for students using flex dollars, and $6.50 for children under 12.
