Glenville, WV - The public is invited to Mollohan’s Restaurant at Glenville State College on Thursday, February 21 from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. for Mardi Gras Premium Night.

The special menu includes creole chicken thighs, shrimp and Andouille sausage jambalaya, Cajun macaroni and cheese, creole roasted potatoes, collard greens, hush puppies, chicken gumbo, Caesar salad, catfish po’boy action station, fresh fruit salad, corn bread with butter, salad bar, assorted cakes and pies, and Mardi Gras cupcakes.

Costs for the Mardi Gras Premium Night are $14.56 for guests, $13.56 for seniors, $13.58 for faculty and staff using Flex Dollars, $11.19 for students using Flex Dollars, and $7.28 for children under 12.
