GLENVILLE, WV â The public is invited to Mollohanâs Restaurant at Glenville State College on Thursday, December 10 from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m. for GSCâs Holiday Premium Night.
The menu for the dinner includes: grilled salmon with balsamic glaze, chicken piccata, a made-to-order pasta station, rustic mashed potatoes, wild rice pilaf, citrus glazed carrots, spiced pecans, specialty salads, creamy cheese fondue, lobster bisque, dinner rolls, and a full salad bar. Desserts will include Christmas cookies, cherry pie, red velvet cake, and hot fudge cake. Hot apple cider and eggnog will be available to round out the seasonal meal.
The costs for the special holiday dinner are $14.10 for guests, $13.10 for seniors, $12.80 for faculty & staff using Flex Dollars, $10.55 for students with Flex Dollars, and $6.80 for children under 12.
