Glenville, WV – Glenville State College’s Department of Language and Literature will be hosting “A Celebration of Words” on Thursday, November 8 at 4:00 p.m. at the Robert F. Kidd Library. The reading will featuring Dr. Jonathan Minton and Dr. Fred Walborn reading from their new books, along with guest poet Dr. Marjorie Stewart. An open stage will follow the readings where members of the community are encouraged to read, play music, or recite poetry.

Minton will read from his new book of poetry “Technical Notes of Bird Government.” Walborn will read from his novel, “Two Days at the Asylum.”

Refreshments will be provided and a drawing for a door prize will also take place at the event.
