A play made famous on the big screen is coming to the stage at Glenville State College. GSC Theatre is scheduled to present the production of "Crimes of the Heart" by Beth Henley. This story is a comedy of Southern life based on the lives of three sisters from Mississippi.
As the Magrath sisters' world crashes down around them, they find a new spirit of hope and affirmation from their love and support of each other.
This play was made into a movie with Diane Keaton, Jessica Lange, and Sissy Spacek.
The student cast and crew will be under the direction of GSC Communications Professor Dennis Wemm. The play’s performance nights will be April 19-21 at 8:00 p.m. in the GSC Heflin Administration Building Presidents Auditorium. Admission is $3.00 for everybody except GSC students get in free.
