The Glenville State College Dining Services Office is hosting a cooking class on April 27th from 2:00 – 6:30 p.m. in the GSC Mollohan’s Restaurant. The class will be taught by Aramark District Chef John Lakatosh. “The classes will give anyone in the Glenville community an opportunity to create various dishes with basic ingredients but loaded with flavor,” said Aramark Senior Food Service Director Jason Hibshman.
