The annual Glenville State College Department of Fine Arts ‘Music Audition Day’ is being planned for Tuesday, February 16th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the GSC Fine Arts Center.

This is the main day students audition to be part of the GSC music programs. The students will meet the entire music faculty as well as talk to select members of GSC administration, will see performances by all the major ensembles to promote the vast musical opportunities offered, will eat lunch with current GSC music program students giving them great interaction with future peers, and then will begin auditions. Decisions are made that day which will also decide who will receive scholarships to attend Glenville State College.

“It is a great recruiting tool because if we get them to visit GSC for this event they generally return in the fall,” said GSC Department of Fine Arts Chair Lloyd Bone.
