menuGlenville, WV – The public is invited to the Glenville State College Mollohan’s Restaurant on Thursday, January 24th from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m. for another GSC Premium Night. The dinner menu includes: carved beef sirloin with au jus and horseradish, chicken coq au vin (chicken in wine sauce), a shrimp pad Thai station, stuffed manicotti with cheese, roasted potatoes (red, white, and blue), corn O’brien, French green beans, dinner rolls, macaroni and cheese with ham soup, minestrone, chocolate peanut butter cake, strawberry layer shortcake, and assorted pies.
The costs for the January Premium Night are $12.75 for guests, $11.65 for seniors and faculty/staff using flex dollars, $6.38 for children under 12, and free for children under five.
