High Adventure outings are open to any GSC student. All High Adventure activities are geared toward beginners so no experience is necessary. âI really would like to encourage more students to get involved in High Adventures. We try to offer a wide range of activities that are of interest to different students. Some like rafting, others enjoy skiing, and some like it all,â said David Bernier, Director of the GSC High Adventure program.
Most of the High Adventure trips are limited to the number of students that can participate, so students are encouraged to sign up early to Ensure their spot for a desired excursion. To sign up, stop by the High Adventure office in the fitness complex on the lower level of the Mollohan Campus Community Center.
âWe have so many wonderful natural resources here in West Virginia and the High Adventure program is designed to let GSC students take advantage of them,â said Bernier. To find out more about the GSC High Adventure program, contact David Bernier at (304) 462-4111 ext. 7441.
