The Glenville State College Fine Arts Department presents the Jazz Band Spring Concert. The group is scheduled to perform on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the GSC Fine Arts Center Auditorium. In addition to the GSC Jazz Band, the Lincoln High School Jazz Band will also be performing at the concert. According to Dr. Donna Maher, Assistant Professor of Music at GSC, “Both ensembles will share music of many styles, including swing, rock, funk, and Latin.” Maher adds, “We are excited to be making music together on the same stage.”
