Glenville, WV--Local residents are invited to a community field day hosted by Glenville State College. The event will take place on September 7 & 8 at the Sue Morris Sports Complex in Glenville. GSC Student Activities Director, Kipp Colvin, says the event will take place on September 7th from 5-7 p.m. "We'll have numerous field day activities for all family members to enjoy as well as free hotdogs and refreshments that evening," said Colvin.

The September 8th field day activities will take place from 9 a.m. until noon. Colvin said, "Activities include relay races, volleyball, whiffleball, and kickball. Providing this fun community day is one of the many community service projects for our new GSC freshman as part of their First Year Experience."
