GLENVILLE, WV - Glenville State College will conduct its first full winter commencement ceremony at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2014 in GSC’s Fine Arts Center Auditorium.  In the past, students who completed their degree requirements at the end of the fall term were honored at a recognition ceremony in December and were then encouraged to return to GSC the following May to participate in the formal commencement.

The December ceremony makes participation much easier for students who, in many cases would have difficulty attending a spring event due to graduate pursuits or employment constraints.

Students on track to graduate in December have been notified. Tickets are not necessary for guests to attend and the Fine Arts Center is handicap accessible. More information will become available as plans are finalized.
