Glenville State College History Professor, Dr. Ed Wood, is scheduled to be the guest speaker at the 50th anniversary dinner for the Gilmer County Historical Society. The event will take place on Thursday, April 26th, at 6:00 p.m. at the historical society's annex on East Main Street in Glenville. Dr. Wood will discuss his book, MUD: A MILITARY HISTORY, which was published late last year. Admission is free, and those who attend are asked to bring a covered dish.
