October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Glenville State College is one of the many places where activities are being held to educate people about this terrible disease.

GSC students, faculty, and staff as well as the general public are invited to attend the campus’ annual Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon scheduled for Wednesday, October 6th at noon in the Mollohan Campus Community Center Ballroom. This free event is being organized by the Student Activities and Campus Health offices. The luncheon is a time for the campus community to honor, remember, and celebrate the courage and strength of people affected by breast cancer. The guest speaker will be Registered Nurse and Cancer Information Specialist Kathy Helmick.
