Glenville, WV—Submissions for the Spring 2008 edition of the Trillium, a literary publication of the Glenville State College English Department, are now being accepted. The deadline for submissions is Monday, January 28th. All GSC students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the general public are invited to submit visual art, poetry, fiction, or other forms of creative writing.
Written submissions should be typed. All visual art submissions must include a cover sheet indicating the title and medium of the work. Please include your name and contact information with each submission.
Submissions may be dropped off at the GSC English Department on the second floor of the Heflin Administration Building, e-mailed to trillium@glenville.edu, or mailed to Trillium, Glenville State College, Department of English, 200 High Street, Glenville, WV 26351.
The Trillium is also seeking an editor for the upcoming issue. The position is open to any GSC senior or junior English major. An editorial staff of readers, copyeditors, and page designers is also needed. These positions are open to any interested GSC student. Applications for editor and staff positions are available at the GSC English Department.
The Trillium was started by Glenville State College Professor Martha Hopkins Keating in 1979 and is published each April. Free copies of the completed 29th edition of the Trillium will be available at several GSC campus locations.
